1.熱關(guān)斷溫度低:可提供兩款不同關(guān)斷溫度的產(chǎn)品,A型號關(guān)斷溫度為value="125" unitname="℃" w:st="on">125℃,B型號關(guān)斷溫度為value="113" unitname="℃" w:st="on">113℃。當鋰電池發(fā)生異常發(fā)熱,達到關(guān)斷溫度時,熱關(guān)斷層會立即切斷隔膜的離子通道,從而抑制電池溫度的進一步上升,起到“保險絲”的作用。
2.熔破溫度高:氧化鋁涂層具有優(yōu)異的耐高溫性,在value="210" unitname="℃" w:st="on">210℃以上還能保持隔膜形態(tài)。
3.熱收縮小:在value="150" unitname="℃" w:st="on">150℃高溫下縱向熱收縮小于5%,橫向熱收縮保持為0。
4.高安全:雙層氧化鋁,安全系數(shù)更加高。
5.抗刺穿:氧化鋁涂層堅硬,可阻止極片毛刺、粉塵及鋰晶枝刺穿隔膜。
6.耐氧化性:氧化鋁涂層可保護基材不被氧化。
7.良好浸潤性:氧化鋁涂層具有良好的吸液及保液能力,提高充放電性能。
8.提升電池耐酸性:氧化鋁涂層可中和電解液中游離的氟化氫。

1.Low temperature of thermal shutdown: two types of different shutdown temperatures are available,i.e. the shutdown temperature of type A is value="125" unitname="℃" w:st="on">125℃, and the shutdown temperature of type B is value="113" unitname="℃" w:st="on">113 ℃. When the lithium battery occurs in abnormal heating, and reaches to the shutdown temperature, the thermal shutdown layer will immediately cut off the ion channel of the separator, so as to control the battery temperature to rise further, having the effect of "fuse".
2. High meltdown temperature: the aluminium coating enjoys excellent high temperature resistance, and can maintain separator form atvalue="210" unitname="℃" w:st="on">210℃ or above.
3.Shrinkage is low: MD shrinkage is less than 5% at the high temperature of value="150" unitname="℃" w:st="on">150℃, and TD shrinkage maintains 0.
4.High safe: the double-layer aluminium enjoys more secure performance.
5.Puncture-resisting: tough aluminium coating can prevent burrs of pole piece, dust and lithium dendrites from puncturing separator.
6.Oxidative resistance: Alumina coating can protect the base material from oxidization.
7. Good wettability: Alumina coating has good imbibition and liquid preserving capabilities, can enhancecharge and discharge performance.
8.Promote battery acid resistance: Alumina coating can neutralize dissociative hydrogen fluoride in electrolyte.
9.Low self-discharge rate: alumina coating and thermal shutdown layer increase microporous sinuosity and hardness that self-discharge of the separator is much lower than the ordinary separator.
10. Long cycle life: reduce mechanical micro short circuit in cyclic process and efficiently promote the cycle life.
